Tonight we had Chicken Fried Rice. It was so delicious. My husband told me he loved it at least three times!
- 1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups cooked rice
- soy sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 boneless chicken thighs – bite size pieces
- 1 T oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- salt
- 2-3 T basil
Heat up the wok. Saute chicken. Add veggies, onion, garlic, and egg. Let cook until egg is done. Add rice, basil, salt. Serve. Yum!
